Apple fiber

Apple fiber is a product obtained from apple pomace by purification, micronization (mechanical crushing to the size of a dozen or so microns) and sterilization (heat and steam). The production process is purely physical, the product does not contain any additional chemical substances and is 100% natural. The content of heavy metals and pesticides is far below acceptable standards. Powder with a uniform, easily spreadable consistency (slight lumps are allowed). Yellow to brown in colour. Taste and smell characteristic for apples, without any foreign aftertaste or smell.

Can be used as a substitute for thickening agents for ketchup, tomato sauces and marmalade. The addition to bread extends the shelf life.
