Cocoa fiber

Cocoa fiber is a product obtained from roasted cocoa husks by purification, micritization (mechanical shredding to the size of a dozen or so microns) and sterilization (heat and steam). The production process is purely physical, the product does not contain any additional chemical substances and is 100% natural. The content of heavy metals and pesticides is far below acceptable standards.

Powder of homogeneous, easily spreadable consistency (light lumping is allowed). The colour is brown. Taste and smell characteristic of cocoa, without any foreign aftertaste or smell.

Can be used as an additive in bakery, confectionery and dairy products. It replaces 30% to 100% cocoa powder in baked goods and chocolate products.
